ABOUT SLIPCOVER:

• High-Definition printing, with a surface that is waterproof, stain-resistant, and wear-resistant.
• The fine matte surface looks more textured and is not as prone to fingerprints and scratches as glossy surfaces.

• The default size is designed to fit a PlayStation game case.
• If you need a size for a SteelBook, please add a note to your order and be sure to read the “IMPORTANT NOTES” section below for additional details.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• All Slipcovers customized for SteelBooks are tested with an official SteelBook before shipping to ensure they can be inserted and removed smoothly.
• However, even an official SteelBook may have slight size variations due to differences in production lines, production batches, surface coating processes, and other factors, which may result in fitting issues.
• In addition, for third-party SteelBook products such as FantasyBox or SteelUp, there may be a higher likelihood of fitting issues because their manufacturing standards, mold designs, and production processes differ from those of an official SteelBook.
• Therefore, we cannot guarantee that a Slipcover will fit every SteelBook. By choosing to customize a Slipcover for a SteelBook, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of such situations.

ABOUT DECORATIVE DISC:

• The "Decorative Disc" is a blank 700 MB disc with no data.

AGE RATINGS & CODE ON THE SIDE:

• If you have specific requirements for age rating labels or the code on the side, please include a note when placing your order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

• All orders are carefully packaged using high-density foam boards or corrugated cartons, depending on the actual requirements of the product.
• All orders are shipped via standard shipping services with tracking numbers. Once the package reaches the destination country or region, final delivery is usually completed by the local postal system or other last-mile delivery providers.
• Orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days. Due to various uncontrollable factors during international shipping, delivery may be extended to 15–21 business days or longer.

SHIPPING COSTS & IMPORT CHARGES:

• Shipping costs and the charges included vary by destination country or region, depending on applicable import duties and VAT regulations, customs procedures, and shipping arrangements. Accordingly, the shipping cost displayed at checkout may include the base shipping cost and relevant import charges, such as VAT, import duties, and customs handling fees.
