  • The fine matte surface looks more textured and is not as prone to fingerprints and scratches as the gloss surface.

SLIPCOVER SIZE:

  • The default size is designed to fit a PlayStation game case.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • SteelBooks from different production lines, batches, and manufacturing processes may exhibit slight size variations. (Especially with counterfeit "FantasyBox" cases, which often have worse fitting issues.)
  • Even extremely subtle size differences can cause the Slipcover to fit too loosely or too tightly.
  • Therefore, deciding to customize a Slipcover for the SteelBook indicates an understanding and acceptance of this extremely rare but not impossible situation.

ABOUT DECORATIVE DISC:

  • The "Decorative Disc" is a blank 700 MB disc with no data.

AGE RATINGS & CODE ON THE SIDE:

  • If you have specific requirements for age rating labels or the code on the side, please include a note when placing your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • All items are custom-made. Once payment is completed, the order will be processed shortly and enter the making stage. Orders cannot be canceled or modified.

    SHIPPING POLICY:

    • All orders are carefully packaged using high-density foam boards or corrugated cartons, depending on the actual requirements of the product.
    • All orders are shipped via standard shipping services with tracking numbers. Once the package reaches the destination country or region, final delivery is usually completed by the local postal system or other last-mile delivery providers.
    • Orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days. Due to various uncontrollable factors during international shipping, delivery may be extended to 15–21 business days or longer.
